To enable efficient delivery of services, the Client agrees to provide all necessary information, resources, and access requested by Double33 Tech. Delays or failures caused by incomplete information or lack of access will not be the responsibility of Double33 Tech.

4. Payment Terms

All payments for services will be made as agreed upon in the service agreement or contract. The Client agrees to pay the total fees for the services rendered within the timelines specified. Failure to meet payment obligations may result in service suspension or termination.

• Pricing: Service pricing will be clearly outlined and agreed upon before the commencement of any project.

• Taxes: Applicable taxes are the responsibility of the Client and will be added to the service fee where relevant.

5. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Double33 Tech is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client data and sensitive information shared during the course of service delivery. Information will only be shared with third parties when required for the performance of services or as mandated by law.

• Data Security: We implement reasonable security measures to protect client data, but we cannot guarantee that all security risks will be entirely eliminated.

• Non-Disclosure: Both parties agree not to disclose any confidential information obtained in the course of the relationship to unauthorized parties.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise agreed upon, all intellectual property developed by Double33 Tech during the provision of services remains the property of Double33 Tech until full payment for the services is received. Once payment is made, ownership or usage rights will be transferred as specified in the contract.

• Third-Party Software: Any third-party intellectual property used in delivering services will be governed by separate licensing agreements, and the Client is responsible for adhering to those terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Double33 Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability in relation to any service provided is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.

• No Guarantee: While we strive to deliver high-quality solutions, Double33 Tech does not guarantee that our services will be entirely error-free or meet every expectation.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement upon providing reasonable notice. Any services provided up to the date of termination will be billed and payable in accordance with the agreed terms. Double33 Tech reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately in cases of non-compliance or non-payment.

9. Force Majeure

Double33 Tech will not be held responsible for delays or non-performance resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

10. Amendments to Terms

Double33 Tech reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any modifications will be communicated to the Client in advance and will take effect upon their acceptance or continued use of the services.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, along with any applicable service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between Double33 Tech and the Client. Any other oral or written communications outside of these agreements are superseded by this document.
